I don't think I could live without music. I probably spend at least 10 hours a day switching between my carefully curated Spotify playlists. I find that a simple click of a button can elevate any task that I've been otherwise avoiding. I listen to music while showering, running, working, reading, journaling, on my commute to work, on my commute home from work. Music makes everything better.
